  Hum aap ko kuchh eisi health tips batane ja rahe hai jo ki swastha rahne keliye jaruri hai. In tips ko follow kar ke aap swasth rah sakte hai sath me apane paribar ke sadasyo ko bhi swastha rakh sakte hai. 5) Thik samaya par khana khane ke adat dalen. Khana aram se chaba chaba kar khaen. Khana ko thik se na chaba kar nigal jane ki adat ho to badal dalen.

6) Khana khane ke sath ya khana khane ke turant bad col-drinks na pien. Khane ke bad chai ya coffee na pien.

7) Khane me jada se jada hara sabji ka prayog karen. Non-veg jitna ho sake kam khaen.

8) Khan khane ke bad thoda sa peidal chalne ki adat dalen. Khana khane ke bad thoda sa chalne se khana thik se hajam hoti hai aur pet me gas nehi banti hai.

9) Khana khane ke 3 ghante ke andar dubara khana na khaen. Knyon ki khaya hua kana ko hajam hone keliye kam se kam 3 ghanta chahiye.

10) Khna khane ke 45 minute ke bad hi pane piyen. Khana khane ke turant bad pane pine se khana thik se hajam nehi ho pata hai.

 11) Phal fruit jada se jada khaen. Har rang ke fruit bhi khana chahiye.

12) Sarir keliye khana jitana jaruri hai, sona bhi utna hi jaruri hai. Thik samaya me sona chahiye aur aur thik samaya me uthna chahiye. Kam se kam 8 ghanta sona chahiye.

13) Hamesha khus rahne ki kosish karen. Tanav rahane se sarir me bimar ghar kar jata hai.

14) Khud ko hamesha sant rakhne ki kosish karen. Ghussa kam karen. Is se aap ke swasthya ke upar bahut prabhab padta hai.

15) Byasta jivan saili me se thod samay nikale manoranjan keliye. Tanav mukt rahne keliye music sune. Sangit se swasthya ke upar bhi sakaratmak prabhab padta hai.

   Aaj kal ke hamari jiban saili aur khan pan ke bajah se hamare sarir ke weight ke upar niyantran nehi rahata hai. Sbhi ke liye motapa ek aam samasya bangayi hai. Weight loss karne keliye ham kai tarah ke medicine ka bhi istemal karte hai lekin achhe parinam nehi milti hai. Aaj ham janenge gharelu upchar se ham aasani se keise weight loss kar sakte hai.

  Weitht bhadhna sirf ek samasya nehi hai, Weight badhne ke sath sath aur bhi kai tarah ke bimari hone lagti hai, jeise ki sugar, blood  pressure aur dil ka bimari ka bhi khatra badh jata hai. Jo log aasani se weight lsos karna chahte hai unake liye yah ghrelu upchar bhut kaam aasakta hai.

1) Thodasa taja dhania ko barik se kat kar ek mixer me dalen phir usme ek limbu nichod den. Ab isme ek glass pani milakar achhi tarah mix kar den. Is taja drink ko pi lijiye.
Is drink ko subah khali pet me hi piyen. Ise pine ke ek ghante tak kuchh bhi na khaen.
Ise 5 din pine ke bad 7 din ki biram den aur fir 5 din piyen.
Is se aap ka weight loss hone ke sath sath aap ka kidney bhi saaf rahega.

2) Ajwain 50 gram ko 1 glass pani me bhigo kar raat bhar rakhen. Subah ise chhan kar isme thoda sahad mila len aur ise khali pet piyen.
Ek mahine tak is upchar ko karen.

3) Weight loss karne keliya green tea bhi bahut faide mand hai. Green tea ke seban se, weight loss ke sath sath aap sehatmand rahenge.

4) Seb ke sirke me 4 dana sukha anjir dal kar rat bhar bigoke rakhen.
Subah uthkar ise chaba chba kar khaen. 15 se 20 din tak is upchar ko karne se weight loss karne me kafi madad milegi.

5) Ek glass pani me ek chamach jira dalkar rat bhar bhigoke rakhen. Subah jira ko nikal kar chbake khaen aur is pani ko garam kar ke isme ek tukda nimbu nichod kar dhire dhire pien.

   Jo log kaam me byast rahte hai, samay nehi milta hai apne swasthya ke upar dhyan dene keliye, unake liye upar diye gaye weight loss ke aasan tarike bahut kaam aayega.
