1) Oats 

  Oats ek healthy foods me se ek hai. Oats ki laddu bhi banti hai jo bahut healthy aur tasty hote hai. Oats soluble fibers se bhar pur hai jo cholesterol ki level ko kam karta hai. Oats me vitamin E, essential fatty acids aur fiber bhar pur matra me hoti hai. yah aap ko swastha rahane me bahut madad karti hai.

2) Makhana 

  Makhana bhi ek bahut achha healthy food me gina jata hai. Ise aap sabji ki tarah paka kar bhi kha sakte hai. Makhane me protein, potassium, phosphorus, carbohydrates, fiber, magnesium, iron aur zinc bhar pur matra me hoti hai. Yah hamare sugar level ko control rakhta hai, knyo ki isme sugar ka content nehi hai. Yah low calories hone ke karan motapa kam karne bhi madad karti hai. Is ke andar potassium level high hota hai isliye yah blood pressure patent keliye bhi bahut fayde mand hota hai.

3) Apple cider vinegar 

  Applw cider vinegar weight loos keliye bahut fayde mand hai. Subha ise garam pani ke sath khali pet seban karne se weight loos hota hai sath hi yah blood sugar level ko bhi kam karta hai. Isliye yah bhi ek bahut achha healthy food hai. Apple cider vinegar hamare baalo aur twacha keliye bhi bahut labh dayak hai. Ise shampoo me milakar baalo me lagane se dandruff ki samasya se chhutkara milta hai.

  Eggs me jo protein hota hi wah sab se achhe quality ka protein hota hai. Isliye egg ko bhi ek achha healthy food mana jata hai. Egg me vitaminD, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, calcium aur zinc bahrpur matra me hota hai. Breakfast keliye egg ek bahut achha healthy food hai. Egg khane se hamare baalo ko bhi labh milta hai sath sath haddio ko bhi majbut rakhne me madad karta hai.

5) Wheatgrass 

  Wheatgrass bhi ek achha healthy food hai. Isme iron, calcium, enzymes, magnesium,  phytonutrients, amino acid, vitamins A, C, E, K, B complex aur proteins bahr pur matra me hai. Weight loos karne keliye ek glass garam pani me ek chamach wheatgrass mila kar har roj subha khali pet lene se jaldi result milta hai. Carrots se weight loss keliye bhi bahut labh milta hai. Yah ankho kiliye, baalo keliye aur all over body kiliye bhi bahut fayde mand hai.

7) Potato 

  Potato ek bahut prachalit food me se ek hai. Yah khane me bahut jada istemal hota hai aur har mausam me upalabdh hota hai. Isme bahu labh dayak tatwa hai jeise ki vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium aur fiber bhar pur matra me payi jati hai. Isliye yah bhi ek achha healthy food hai.

Neem ke bare me kaun nehi janta hai. Neem sabhi rog ko harne wala ausadhiya ped hai. Agar ghar ke paas neem ka ped hai to us ghar me log kam bimar padte hai. Neem sirf bimar thik nehi karta hai balki sakaratmak urja bhi pradan karta hai. Jahan neem hai wahan ka hawa bhi sudha rahta hai. Ausadh ka bhandar hai neem.

Health Benefits of Neem in Hindi :-

1) Neem ke fayde

 Agar koi insan har roj khali pet me 5 neem ke patte chabake khta hai to us byakti ko koi bhi bimar nehi hogi knyonki yah sab rog ko harnewala ausadh hai.

2) Twacha ke rog

  Sudha nariyal ka tel 100 gram ek lohe ke patra me rakh kar usme 100 gram neem ke patte dalkar dhire dhire garam karen. Jab neem ke patte kala dikhne lage to us tel me neem ke patte ko achhi tarah mix kar den. Ab usme 2 chamach haldi ke powder dalkar achhi tarha milaen. Usme ek tukda kapur dalkar mix kar len. Is misran ko kisi bhi prakar ke twacha ke rog me istemal kar sakte hai. Jeise ki khaj khujli ya koi bhi charma rog keliye istemal kar sakte hai.

3) Jodo ki dard

 Jodo ki dard keliye neem ek ramban ilaj hai. Neem ka tel 10 gram aur sarson ke tel 25 grarm milakar lohe ke patra me garam kariye, fir usme 10 neem ke patte dal dijiye. Neem ka patta jaljane par us tel me achhi tarah mix kar dijiye. Is tel ko jodo me malish karne par jodo ke dard gayab hojati hai.

4) Ultiya

    Ulti aane par thodasa neem ke patte ke sath 5 golmarich pis kar ek cup pani ke sath sevan karne se jaldi rahat milti hai.

5) Baalo ki samasya

  Neem ke patte ko achhi tarah pis len. 50 gram pisa hua nim ke patte ko 250 gram sarson ke tel ke sath garam kariye. Jab tel me se pani sukh jaye tab us tel ko achhe se chhan lijiye. Is tel ko niyamit rup se sar me malish karne se baalo ki samasya se chhutkara milti hai. Baalo ka jhadna aur baalo ka safed hona bhi band ho jayega.

6) Danto ki dekhbhal

  Neem ki dantun niyamit istemal karne se danto ki samasya jad se mit jati hai aur masudhe bhi majbut rahti hai. Tooth brush aur pest ke badle me agar neem ki dantun ka istemal kare to muhn ke sabhi prakar ke bimari dur hojati hai.

7) Madhumeh (diabetes)

  Neem ke patte ka ras nikalkar juice banakar har roj pine se diabetes ke marij ko bahut labh milta hai. Iska niyamit seban karne se blood sugar level control hota hai.

8) Cancer 

  Har roj neem ka seban karne se cancer kabhi nehi hoga. Neem me jo protein hota hai, wah khoon maujood cancer ke jivanu se ladhta hai. Isliye rojana neem ka juice pine se hum cancer se bhi bach sakte hai.

9) Piliya (jaundice)

  Piliya ke rog se bachne keliye bhi neem ka istemal hota hai. Neem ki patto ka ras 2 chamach aur sahad 1 chamach milakar seban karne se piliya thik ho jata hai.

10) Kaan ke dard

  Kaan ke dard se rahat pane keliye neem ke tel ke kuchh bund kaan me dalen, turant rahat milti hai.

  Tulsi ke fayde bahut hai. Hindu dharm me tulsi ko pavitra mana jata hai, Isliye bharat me ghar ghar me tulsi dekhne ko milte hai. Tulsi ko bharat me pooja bhi karte hai.
 Subah khali pet pratidin tulsi ke sevan karne se bahut se fayde milte hai. Isliye pooja karne ke bad prasad ke sath tulsi ke patte bhi diye jata hai. Tulsi agar ghar ke angan me ho to ek sakaratmak urja prdan karti hai. Tulsi se ayurved davaiyan to bahut bante hai, adhunik medicine bhi bante hai.

    Tulsi se gharelu ilaj:-

1) Do cup pani me 10 tulsi ke patte aur 3 ilaichi dalkar ubal de, jab ek cup pani bachega to usse thanda karke chhan len. Is tulsi ke pani ko har tarha ke bukhar keliye istemal kar sakte hai. Ek chamach tulsi ke pani me thodasa gol-mirchi ke powder milakar din me tin bar seban karne se har tarah ke bukhar thik ho jata hai.

2) Ek glass pani me 10 tulsi ke patte dalkar garam karlen. Ise chhan kar garam tulsi ke pani ko garare kane se tonsillitis thik ho jata hai.

3) Kidney stones (pathri) keliye ek chamach tulsi ke ras me ek chamach madh (honey) milakar niyamit sevan karne se stone pesab me nikal jaega.

4) Tulsi ke patte ko sukha kar powder bana len. Tulsi patte ke powder me sarson ke tel milakar danta-manjan ki tarah istemal karne se dant aur masudhe majbut hote hai aur muhn ke durgandh bhi dur hote hai.

5) Kan ke dard se rahat pane keliye tulsi ke patte ke ras kan me 2 bund dalna chahiye jis se jaldi rahat milti hai.

6) Ayurved ke anusar tulsi twacha keliye bahut gunkari ausadh hai. Tulsi ka pest bana kar chehre par lagae se kaale dhabbe gayab hojate hai aur twacha me nikhar aati hai.

7) Kala tulsi ke patte ke ras aankh me dalne se anknhon ki bahut se bimari thik hojati hai.

8) Tulsi ke powder ko nariyal ke tel me milakar baalo me malish karne se baal chamakdar, ghne aur lambe hote hai.

9) Tulsi ke 5 - 7 pttiya niyamit rup se khane se cholesterol ki samasya se rahat milti hai.

10) Khujli keliye bhi tulsi bahut fayde mand hai. Tulsi ke patte ko piskar usme thoda sa nimbu ka ras milakar pest banalen. Kujli ke jagah par is pest ko lagane se bahut fayda milegi.
