7) Khane me jada se jada hara sabji ka prayog karen. Non-veg jitna ho sake kam khaen.

8) Khan khane ke bad thoda sa peidal chalne ki adat dalen. Khana khane ke bad thoda sa chalne se khana thik se hajam hoti hai aur pet me gas nehi banti hai.

9) Khana khane ke 3 ghante ke andar dubara khana na khaen. Knyon ki khaya hua kana ko hajam hone keliye kam se kam 3 ghanta chahiye.

10) Khna khane ke 45 minute ke bad hi pane piyen. Khana khane ke turant bad pane pine se khana thik se hajam nehi ho pata hai.

 11) Phal fruit jada se jada khaen. Har rang ke fruit bhi khana chahiye.

12) Sarir keliye khana jitana jaruri hai, sona bhi utna hi jaruri hai. Thik samaya me sona chahiye aur aur thik samaya me uthna chahiye. Kam se kam 8 ghanta sona chahiye.

13) Hamesha khus rahne ki kosish karen. Tanav rahane se sarir me bimar ghar kar jata hai.

14) Khud ko hamesha sant rakhne ki kosish karen. Ghussa kam karen. Is se aap ke swasthya ke upar bahut prabhab padta hai.

15) Byasta jivan saili me se thod samay nikale manoranjan keliye. Tanav mukt rahne keliye music sune. Sangit se swasthya ke upar bhi sakaratmak prabhab padta hai.
