2) Henna powder ko pani me bhigoikar raatbhar rakh den. Subha isme ek pake hue kele ko achhi tarah mix karlen. Baalo ko shampoo karne ke bad is mishran ko sar me lagaen. 5 minute ke bad baalo ko dhodalen.

3) Ek kaach ke bartan me thodasa pani len, isme multani mitti aur henna powder milakar achhi tarah mix karke iski pest banalen. Is pest ko sone se pehle baalo me lagaen aur baalo me ek towel lapet len. Subha uthkar baalo ko shampoo se dhodalen.

4) Ek bartan me thodasa pani ke sath henn, amla aur methi ke powder dalkar ek ghnte bhigone den. Ek ghante ke bad is pest ko baalo me achhi tarah lagalkar ek ghnte taq rahne den. Iske bad shampoo lagakar thande pane se dhodalen.

\5) Sab se pehle nariyal ke dudh ko garam karlen. Isme 10 chamach henna powder aur 4 chamach jaitun ke tel dalkar isse achhi tarah ghol den aur thodi der thanda hone den. Ab is mishran ko khopdi aur baalo me puri tarah lagalen. Ek ghante ke bad shampoo se dhodalen.

6) Green tea jab thodasa garam ho usme henna powder dalkar pest banalen. Is pest ko ratbhar rakh den. Subha isme nimbu ka ras dalkar achhi tarh mix karlen. Ab is pest ko baalo me lagakar 3 ghante taq chhod den. 3 ghante bad shampoo se baal dhodalen.

7) Ek bartan me henn powder aur shikakai powder me thodasa pani mila kar pest banalen. Raatbhar ise chhodden. Subah isme ek ande aur ek chamach dahi dalkar achhi tarah mix karlen. Is mishran ko pure baalo me lagakar ek ghante taq chhod den. Fir baalo me shampoo lagakar thande pani se dhodalen.

1) Neem ke fayde

 Agar koi insan har roj khali pet me 5 neem ke patte chabake khta hai to us byakti ko koi bhi bimar nehi hogi knyonki yah sab rog ko harnewala ausadh hai.

2) Twacha ke rog

  Sudha nariyal ka tel 100 gram ek lohe ke patra me rakh kar usme 100 gram neem ke patte dalkar dhire dhire garam karen. 3) Jodo ki dard

 Jodo ki dard keliye neem ek ramban ilaj hai. Neem ka tel 10 gram aur sarson ke tel 25 grarm milakar lohe ke patra me garam kariye, fir usme 10 neem ke patte dal dijiye. Neem ka patta jaljane par us tel me achhi tarah mix kar dijiye. Is tel ko jodo me malish karne par jodo ke dard gayab hojati hai.

4) Ultiya

    Ulti aane par thodasa neem ke patte ke sath 5 golmarich pis kar ek cup pani ke sath sevan karne se jaldi rahat milti hai.

5) Baalo ki samasya

  Neem ke patte ko achhi tarah pis len. 50 gram pisa hua nim ke patte ko 250 gram sarson ke tel ke sath garam kariye. Jab tel me se pani sukh jaye tab us tel ko achhe se chhan lijiye. Is tel ko niyamit rup se sar me malish karne se baalo ki samasya se chhutkara milti hai. Baalo ka jhadna aur baalo ka safed hona bhi band ho jayega.

6) Danto ki dekhbhal

  Neem ki dantun niyamit istemal karne se danto ki samasya jad se mit jati hai aur masudhe bhi majbut rahti hai. Tooth brush aur pest ke badle me agar neem ki dantun ka istemal kare to muhn ke sabhi prakar ke bimari dur hojati hai.

7) Madhumeh (diabetes)

  Neem ke patte ka ras nikalkar juice banakar har roj pine se diabetes ke marij ko bahut labh milta hai. Iska niyamit seban karne se blood sugar level control hota hai.

8) Cancer 

  Har roj neem ka seban karne se cancer kabhi nehi hoga. Neem me jo protein hota hai, wah khoon maujood cancer ke jivanu se ladhta hai. Isliye rojana neem ka juice pine se hum cancer se bhi bach sakte hai.

9) Piliya (jaundice)
